The app does not evaluate, predict, or pursue optimization goals.
All data is processed exclusively on the device.
There are no servers, no synchronization, and no external analysis.
Data remains on the device and is not shared with third parties.
No tracking or analytics tools are used.
Access to health data can be revoked at any time in the iOS settings.
